Please arrive no later than 8:20am to exchange your voucher for a ticket at our Gray Line/Pink Trolley Sightseeing sales booth and board the coach.

  • Children from 0 to 5 years of age are free.

Combine a City Tour of Portland with our Multnomah Falls & Columbia River Gorge Tour for an all day touring experience that will create a memorable impression of your visit to our beautiful corner of the world. If you have only one day in Portland for sightseeing, this is the tour for you.

Joining us on the Multnomah Falls & Columbia River Gorge portion of the Tour, you will experience the Rose City’s most renowned nature escape, the world famous Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. This half day tour showcases the incredible diversity of scenery at Portland’s doorstep.

Travel along the historic Columbia River Highway with panoramic views from hundreds of feet above the river at Crown Point and the historic Vista House. Descend through the famous highway loops to pristine Latourell Falls, a beautiful photo stop. Travel past Wahkeena Falls to Oregon’s most famous natural attraction – Multnomah Falls and Lodge. See the Oneonta Gorge and Horsetail Falls enroute to the Bonneville Dam and fish ladder, a national historic site in the splendid heart of the Gorge.

Return to Portland along the river level route of the Lewis and Clark Expedition and enjoy the unfolding panorama, including Beacon Rock, Cape Horn and Rooster Rock, all sights first noted by the famous explorers over 200 years ago.

Upon returning to Portland you will have time for lunch before boarding a trolley for your 3:00PM City Tour. On the City Tour, you will see that Portland is a city of contrasts, a lively city center surrounded by natural beauty, from Washington Park and the West Hills to the Willamette River and Waterfront Park.

The expertly-narrated City Tour is 2 hours and 25 minutes long with a one hour stop at the International Rose Test Garden, an attraction not to be missed.

From Pioneer Square to Portland’s World Famous Rose Gardens and from Shopping Districts to the arts and museums, it’s all sights you will see one the City Tour.

Pickup Info

We pick up at 4 locations for the Multnomah Falls & Columbia River Gorge Tour. Upon return from Multnomah Falls at 1:15 to 1:30 you should disembark at our ticket booth where you will reboard a trolley (after time for lunch) for the 3pm City Tour. We do not pick up at the hotels for the City Tour.
Our easy to find boarding location is at the foot of downtown Portland at 525 SW Naito Parkway, adjacent to the north side for the Morrison Street Bridge. Look for the pink trolley sales booth.
The Multnomah Falls & Columbia River Gorge portion of the tour departs at 8:30am so please arrive no later than 8:15am to exchange your voucher for your Multnomah tour ticket and your City Tour ticket at our Gray Line/Pink Trolley Sightseeing ticket booth at 525 SW Naito Parkway.

The area pickups for the Multnomah Falls & Columbia River Gorge Tour portion are as follows. The first stop will be a pickup at the Marriott Waterfront on SW Clay at 8:00 am. Second will be a stop in front of the Benson Hotel (at 8:10 am) and the third, in front of the Heathman Hotel (8:20 am). Last will be the stop at our ticket booth on SW Naito for ticketing purposes (depart 8:30 am). See the stop listing to see what stop serves which of the many hotels downtown.

Pay parking will be available at our sales booth on weekends but space is limited on weekdays. There are five parking lots within a 2 block radius of our ticket booth and loading area
